Court in the USA finished trial of pedophile maniac John Michael Musbach. He was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison and a $30,000 fine. The maximum term under this article is 10 years.
A 34-year-old New Jersey resident met teenage boys via the Internet. He rubbed himself into confidence, and then asked his victims to take a photo of the genitals. Musbach himself also sent images of his penis to children.
One of the victims, a 13-year-old child, threatened that he would tell his parents about the harassment and show pornographic materials that he sent in personal correspondence.
In response, Musbach contacted the hitman to order the murder of an unwanted witness. For such work, the man paid 40 BTC.
The site through which the pedophile hired the killer turned out to be fake. As a result, his data was in the police. During a search of Musbach’s house, pornographic materials were found, as well as a computer on which traces of correspondence were stored.
This case has been pending since 2017. Initially, Musbah pleaded guilty to sexual acts against children. Then the court sentenced him to two years of probation with life-long parole. However, later the police became aware of the details of communication with a potential killer. Therefore, the sentence was commuted to 6.5 years in prison and a fine of $30,000.
Recall that in Vietnam, two men received a life sentence for stealing $ 1.5 million in cryptocurrency.
