The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is testing the capabilities of the ChatGPT chat bot for its further integration into the Diya application. This was stated by the head of the department Mikhail Fedorov at “Business Breakfast with Vladimir Fedorin”organized by Forbes.
According to him, the Mintsifra team is studying the possibility of introducing the technology into the Diy support service together with Microsoft.
“We want to teach artificial intelligence to quickly respond to the receipt of services and the work of the state,” Fedorov said.
In the future, the agency plans to use ChatGPT to analyze the services used by citizens.
In addition, Fedorov announced the intention of the authorities to complete the digitalization of the most popular public services by the end of 2023.
Recall that in November 2022, OpenAI introduced ChatGPT.
In February 2023, the chatbot officially became available in Ukraine.
