Yesterday, May 3, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced a partnership with Google. The participants jointly launch an educational initiative for those who want to learn more about AI and its possibilities.
“Artificial intelligence is about possibilities. A new market will appear, and with it specialties. To stay competitive in this world, you need to learn how to use AI.” Fedorov said.
The course is completely free and is designed for four weeks, from May 16 to June 8. According to a press release, participants in the initiative will gain practical skills to effectively use AI and machine learning models.
The course includes lectures, open discussions and even private lessons. The initiative brings together leading experts in the industry from around the world.
You can register for the course here. The first lesson will be held on May 16 from 16:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3). Topic – “What is AI and how can it help me?”. Among other things, during the lesson, the speaker will talk about how this technology can be used in banking, insurance, marketing, telecommunications and other areas of activity.
In addition to Google Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Development, the Office of Entrepreneurship and Export Development, Diya.Business and Projector Institute also take part in the initiative.
AI is not just a new trend. This is perhaps the most discussed topic in the global market. Some, like Dr. Geoffrey Hinton, are openly afraid of the popularization of this technology, while others are actively implementing it.
