The Filecoin ecosystem has a decentralized alternative to AWS, Google Cloud and Azure cloud services – Filecoin Web Services (FWS).
Filecoin Web Services (FWS) launched this week to build an open-source alternative to AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. 🔥
FWS is a stack of compute, storage, and networking services that developers can use to build decentralized applications.https://t.co/kutvMbo8Li

According to the statement, FWS is a technological set of components such as computing and network resources, as well as storage, that developers can use to create dapps.
“FWS components are designed to be scalable, flexible and secure, making the proposal suitable for a wide range of use cases,” the project team said.
The solution includes:
- Estuary Node – storage node;
- a stack of tools for creating and managing storage deals Delta Technology Stack;
- Delta Dataset Manager – dispatcher for making transactions with large amounts of data out of bandwidth;
- Delta Importer to automate the import of information from the file system;
- a dedicated Edge-UR node that simplifies the process of loading and extracting data;
- Ptolemy large data processing engine;
- FWI web infrastructure, which can also be used to create your own counterparts.
“We understand that the cloud provides a great opportunity for developers, so we strive to realize its benefits along with the transparency and incentives that decentralized networks can provide,” Filecoin developers noted.
Recall that in March, the project team implemented the ability to deploy smart contracts on the main network, ensuring compatibility with EVM.
