According to on-chain data, the user first made a test transaction for 1 ETH, and then sent the remaining 7999 ETH. Funds transferred to another wallet with limited transaction history.
At the time of purchase, the assets were worth approximately $2500 – $0.31 per coin.
May 27 to the same address sent 207 ETH (~$395,000)which have been inactive since 2017.
Recall that in April 2022, unknown people withdrew 250 BTC from five wallets that had been in “hibernation” for more than 12 years.
In the same month of 2023, 6071 BTC, held for nine years, began to move.
The previously unknown address moved 2.04 million DOGE that had been stored since December 31, 2013.
