
During April, Russian information system operators issued digital financial assets (DFA) totaling about 1 billion rubles. This is reported “Kommersant”.
Most of the issue was sold by Sberbank. On April 17, a decision was published on the release of the Radio City CFA (up to 2 million rubles), on April 25 – the Soyuz Leasing (up to 10 million rubles), on April 26 – the Culture and Technology Holding (up to 100,000 rubles), the Automobile plant GAZ” (up to 100,000 rubles) and “Radio City” (up to 1.4 million rubles).
Alfa-Bank last month placed financial obligations of Rostelecom for 750 million rubles. CFAs are issued in the form of a cash demand for a period of 90 days and with a fixed interest income of 9% per annum.
Atomyze announced a program to sell CFAs backed by Norilsk Nickel shares. The limit of funds attracted by the issuer is 150 million rubles. Holders will receive dividends on shares. The maturity date is May 11, 2028.
Recall that at the moment, the Atomyze platform, Lighthouse, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and Masterchain have licenses to issue CFA in the Russian Federation.
In March 2023, Atomyze representatives reported that since the launch of the instrument, the total volume of CFA emissions in the Russian Federation had reached 2 billion rubles.
