The hacker group NB65 (having links to Anonymous) reported that it had hacked the Russian QIWI payment system and gained access to its database.
Hi Qiwi (they have a twitter account lol lets see how long it takes). We rolled up and smoked ~10.5TB of backups.
Your company has been dealt with by Network Battalion 65. We recommend you contact us if you want to survive this… You guys are super fucked.#SlavaUkraini #FCKPTN pic.twitter.com/OWI6r8hn1P— NB65 (@xxNB65) May 1, 2022
According to the hackers, they obtained 10.5 TB of data, including information on 12.5 million credit cards and 30 million payment records. They also claimed to have encrypted the QIWI databases.
NB65 has now reached out to the company and given three days to contact them. At the end of this period, the hackers promised to publish a million records daily.
QIWI for my part declaredthat the services are functioning normally, and the personal data of customers are safe.
NB65 called the company’s attempts to deny everything “hilarious.”
It’s hilarious to us that Qiwi is denying everything. Here’s some valid credentials that we totally didn’t hack… have fun:

Earlier we wrote that Anonymous hackers declared cyberwar on Russia against the backdrop of the invasion of Ukraine. March NB65 reported a burglary All-Russian State Television and Radio Company.
