- Users are already testing the new version of the chatbot
- And find its benefits
- So, a Coinbase representative successfully checked the smart contract for a vulnerability
We reported this morning that OpenAI has released a new version of ChatGPT called GPT-4. The developers promised that now AI has reduced the number of logical errors and is better looking for information.
Coinbase CEO Conor Grogan decided to test the new version a bit. He dumped an active Ethereum contract into GPT-4. The chatbot identified a number of security vulnerabilities and indicated areas where this contract can be used.
Note that the smart contract was hacked in 2018 using exploits that ChatGPT accurately pointed out.
Ultimately, Grogan concludes that “AI will ultimately help make smart contracts more secure and easier to create.” So, it will solve one of the two biggest obstacles to mass adoption.
The public release of ChatGPT caused quite a stir. Users of all ages and professions find many useful features in a chatbot. Including writing essays, solving complex problems, and even correcting computer codes. So, ChatGPT will sell Fiat and Kia cars in the metaverse. Other large companies are preparing their AI technologies.
