Google Cloud will launch a node on the Solana network and add blockchain support to the Blockchain Node Engine service for Web3 developers.

In October 2022, the Blockchain Node Engine was introduced. He allows users to deploy nodes on the Google cloud platform. Now the service works exclusively with the Ethereum blockchain – Solana support will be added in 2023.
Information about the integration was announced by Google product manager Nalin Mittal at the Solana Breakpoint conference. Google Cloud is also integrating Solana into the BigQuery big data analysis web service. According to him, the tool will receive the corresponding functionality in the first quarter of next year.
