
Former Goldman Sachs chief risk officer Craig Broderick has joined the board of directors of Circle Internet Financial. This was announced by the CEO of USDC co-issuer Jeremy Allaire.

“Craig’s deep knowledge and experience as a longtime risk leader at one of the world’s largest and most successful financial institutions will be an important asset as we continue to advance our regulation-driven business approach,” Allaire said.
Broderick spent 32 years at Goldman Sachs, including serving as co-chair of the Corporate Risk Committee. He also oversaw various areas in his profile.
Recall that in June, a subsidiary of Circle announced the appointment of a former chairman CFTC Heath Tarbert as General Counsel.
