“Often we do not interfere in politics, despite our personal views. But this is more than politics. This is a war that could end the world,” the statement said.
The project team also apologized to Russian users who do not support the invasion. Now such actions are the only way to influence the situation,” FlexPool believes. Others were urged to join the sanctions.
“This is not about politics, but about preventing the end of the world and saving lives. Companies and individuals must put the planet ahead of profit in the modern age,” FlexPool said.
At the moment, FlexPool is the fourth in terms of the share of blocks mined per day by the Ethereum pool, according to btc.com.
Before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin hoped on the “wise” decision of the Kremlin.
