issuance of tsfa (tokens with various collateral) in the Russian Federation

On the Atomyze platform, a targeted issue of digital financial assets (DFA) from Expobank Joint-Stock Company was held in the amount of 1 million rubles. This was reported to Cryplogger by representatives of the company.

Each CFA certifies the monetary claim of its owner to the issuer by analogy with “digital bonds”. The investor’s income upon redemption is the sum of the nominal value of the token and interest income at a rate of 8% per annum. The turnaround time is 7 days.

“Compared to classic bonds, DFAs have such advantages as issuance speed, fewer intermediaries and savings in commission costs, and the absence of complex documentation,” said Atomyze.

Settlements are made in Russian rubles, on the basis of a nominal account with Rosbank.

Expobank representatives said that after successfully testing the pilot issue of the DFA, they intend to tokenize other types of assets.

At the moment, in addition to Atomyze, Lighthouse, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and Masterchain have licenses to issue CFA in the Russian Federation.

Recall, according to media reports, during April, operators of Russian information systems issued digital financial assets totaling about 1 billion rubles.
