Tesla can play an important role in creating artificial general intelligence, as well as preventing a potential rebellion of machines against humans. Elon Musk wrote about this on his Twitter.
Tesla AI might play a role in AGI, given that it trains against the outside world, especially with the advent of Optimus

Optimus or Optimus Subprime is the code name Musk gave to the Tesla Bot project.
According to the billionaire, decentralized control over humanoid robots will help to avoid the “rebellion of the machines.” This will prevent androids from gaining access to military technology and will exclude their organized participation in a massive rebellion against humans.
Will do our best. Decentralized control of the robots will be critical.

Musk also promised to demonstrate a working Tesla Bot prototype by the end of 2022.
Recall that in August 2021, Elon Musk introduced the humanoid robot Tesla Bot. According to the businessman, it is designed to perform “dangerous, monotonous and boring tasks.”
In December, the billionaire said that Tesla robots would prevent the collapse of civilization.
That same month, Musk revealed that the Tesla Bot would be able to develop a unique personality.
