- So far, the exchange is conducting pilot testing
- Amy is only available to selected users
Cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com introduced its first artificial intelligence (AI) initiative called Amy.
Amy is an AI companion through which customers can learn more about the cryptocurrency industry. It will also provide real-time knowledge about specific tokens and projects. In addition, it will provide information about quotes and some historical events.
Amy’s technology is based on OpenAI’s ChatGPT chatbot, however, it undergoes additional training with specific examples to provide more accurate and relevant results for Crypto.com exchange clients.
The pilot project is currently in beta testing and only selected users have access to it. In the coming weeks, access to Amy will gradually expand to more Crypto.com users. Over time, the exchange will also implement Amy in the application.
Abhi Bisarya, Product Manager at Crypto.com stated:
“We see incredible potential and opportunities in the fusion of artificial intelligence with the crypto industry and our platform in particular. We are excited to test this emerging technology as part of our Amy pilot project. We really look forward to AI innovation in cryptocurrency, and look forward to continuing to work on increasing the usefulness of Amy.”
A few days ago, the Crypto.com crypto exchange announced a partnership with Samsung.
