Residents of Colorado allowed make tax payments in cryptocurrency.
Transactions are made through PayPal, which supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin. At the moment, only personal accounts can be used.
The payment fee is $1, and 1.83% of the total payment amount is also charged.

This initiative at the beginning of 2022 is being developed by state governor Jared Polis. He is confident that the payment of taxes in cryptocurrencies “will change the outdated methods of doing business and government, making them more efficient.”
Earlier, a Democratic Senator from California proposed to allow to pay public services with cryptocurrency. And in May 2021, the city of Williston, North Dakota allowed pay utility bills bitcoin.
