Bitcoin exchange Coinbase announced the acquisition of startup Agara, which operates an AI-powered customer support platform operating in the Indian and US markets.

“We plan to use Agara’s deep learning and chatbot technology to automate and improve our customer engagement tools,” said Manish Gupta, vice president of Coinbase.

The company expects the new functionality to help provide users with “personalized, intelligent, real-time support options.”

Following this, the exchange increased the volume of issue of debt securities to $ 2 billion, citing strong demand.
