- Their new solution is called Marlowe
- It will facilitate the development of NFTs and identity tokens
Charles Hoskinson talked on YouTube with Tamara Haasen, CEO of Input Output Global. The topic was the integration of NFT into the Cardano network. Hoskinson says NFTs are now the most important part of the ecosystem.
“Right now NFT on Cardano is the most important part and the fastest growing asset. The network has already released 8 million of these tokens. I think that more than half of the projects are related to NFTs in one way or another, and it’s just nice to see such a level of sustainability, passion and excitement.”
Blockchain programmers are working on the implementation of the Marlowe language. This is a solution that makes creating art tokens more convenient and easier to learn.
“We are testing whether the Marlowe solution can be implemented with low code or no code. For them to help issue NFTs, or at least program the logic of how such tokens work. Right now we’re thinking about things like linking intellectual property through the Marlowe language.”
The team is also working on the Atala PRISM solution. It is an identity protocol built on the Cardano blockchain. The system will be linked to the NFT because each ID will be unique (as is each NFT).
The programmers set out to associate the token with a certain personal attribute – a face scan or a fingerprint, and then store this information on the blockchain. Such an NFT will replace the usual identity card.
Last week, Binance implemented the Bicasso NFT generator based on a neural network.
