Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) BitDAO has completed the migration of the official forum to the Mantle Network platform as part of the merger.

The merger with the Tier 2 network project under his brand began after community approval of the proposal to improve BIP-21.
Mantle will inherit decentralized governance processes and a ~$300M DAO treasury in USDC and USDT stablecoins, as well as ~270,000 ETH worth over $486M.
As part of the “one brand, one token” concept, MNT will become a single asset in the ecosystem.
After the forum was moved to Mantle Governance, BitDAO users were able to continue all previously open discussions. Access is based on existing credentials.
All materials of the DAO forum that are not related to the joint project are archived and open for reading only. Administrators have retained editing rights, and can also add notifications to redirect to a new site.
BitDAO launched in June 2021 after raising $230M in a private funding round involving Peter Thiel and Alan Howard. The organization set the task of supporting projects from the DeFi sphere through grants and token exchanges.
In August, BitDAO raised 112,000 ETH (about $356 million at the time) during an auction and launched the BIT governance token.
Recall that the team funded by the organization introduced the modular L2 solution Mantle Network based on Rollups technology in November 2022.
