The hashrate of the new miner is 5000 MH/s. At the same time, its energy efficiency reaches 0.71 W / MH.
These figures are about half the performance of Bitmain L7 – 9500 MH / s with a power consumption of 0.34 W / MH.
LD4 features improved heat dissipation technology, which allows its computing chip to operate at lower temperatures for extended periods of time.
Each new miner has not only hardware level protection, but also built-in software to deal with known vulnerabilities. The model is also equipped with an aluminum PCB and one airflow channel.
“LD4 represents a significant improvement over LD3 in terms of durability, portability, economy and environmental friendliness. Thus, the new device provides optimization and increase in the efficiency of mining operations,” the company said.
The release date and price of the device have not yet been disclosed.
Recall that in the first quarter of 2023, the cost of equipment for mining cryptocurrencies increased by 15-20%, and in some cases up to 30%. Experts attributed this dynamic to the increase in the bitcoin exchange rate.
