- Fusionist aims to build a scalable Web-3 gaming ecosystem
Binance Labs announced about investing in Web-3 company Fusionist. As part of its seed funding round, the firm provided $6.6 million to further support early stage Web3 gaming innovation. This initiative is in line with Binance Lab’s desire to support the early stages of Web3 gaming projects and help grow the Web3 gaming ecosystem.
Fusionist is a trilogy of sci-fi games that combines management sim, tactical RPG and strategy 4X. The game takes place in the world of the year 2800, where the Earth is almost uninhabitable. Players are invited to take on the role of a commander and start exploring space to find habitable homes and resettle humanity across the galaxy.
Fusionist aims to create a Web3 gaming space that impresses with well-designed and addictive gameplay, collectible NFTs, and innovative multi-game mechanics. The goal is to create a scalable Web3 gaming environment with efficient player segmentation and organic growth. The games will initially launch on the BNB network and later expand to other Tier 1 networks.
Ike Tee, CEO of Fusionist, expressed his joy that Binance Labs has become a strategic investor and partner of the company. He noted that with the support of one of the industry’s leading leaders, Fusionist will be able to further raise the bar in the future.
Fusionist intends to accelerate game development and expand the Endurance Mainnet ecosystem, which was introduced in January 2023, through the raised investments. In addition, the company intends to increase user growth and attract highly skilled professionals in the field of games and Web3 to strengthen the strength of its team.
