  • This will be a collection of 5500 tokens
  • It can be used for games and applications in Web 3

The American company RMS Titanic Inc (RMST) is converting artifacts found on the famous ocean liner into NFTs. Cooperation with two Hong Kong firms will help them in this.

BREAKING NEWS!
RMS Titanic Inc. has partnered with @VSFGhongkong and @ArtifactLabs_ to bring the world of #Web3, #NFTsand digital historical preservation to the public! https://t.co/TMSxHEkGyI

For reference. RMS Titanic Inc is the only legally recognized company authorized to recover items from the Titanic wreck.

So, blockchain firms VSFG and Artifact Labs are participating in the project. The first will release a collection of 5,500 NFTs using its own blockchain. Thanks to this technology, it is possible to ensure the exclusivity and authenticity of the items sold. And the Artifact Labs studio is preparing the Web 3 and DAO ecosystem. This will bring NFT into the metaverse.

Artifact Labs plans to organize virtual diving tours, educational programs and other events for Titanic token holders.

“As the custodians of the sunken Titanic, we are determined to ensure that its artifacts are preserved forever and accessible to future generations. We believe that going digital will allow us to reach a wider audience with high-quality educational and inspiring programs.” RMS Titanic CEO Jessica Sanders said.

Despite some decline, the NFT sector continues to be popular. Yesterday Spotify launched music playlists for some blockchain projects.
