- Company Launches AWS Generative AI Center
- It will help businesses to actively implement generative AI
Amazon Web Services announced about allocation of $100 million for AWS Generative AI (the Center of innovations in the field of artificial intelligence). It is designed to help companies use artificial intelligence for commercial purposes.
Amazon also said it will hire several new big data specialists, engineers and developers.
AWS has already partnered with giants Highspot, Twilio, RyanAir, and Lonely Planet. They will become the first clients of the center.
The company indicated that AWS Generative AI is not a physical office, but a special development program. His team will work with clients to create customized AI solutions. For example, pharmaceutical companies will be able to accelerate drug research and development. And manufacturers will create solutions to update industrial designs and manufacturing processes. Financial companies powered by AWS Generative AI will be able to develop ways to provide customers with more personalized information and recommendations.
Through free seminars, meetings, and training, AWS helps customers imagine and identify the use cases that will bring the greatest value to their business.
Recall that Amazon themselves have been widely using artificial intelligence to support their Alexa voice assistant for many years. And recently they introduced their version of ChatGPT called Bedrock.
