– Lifeform Company closed Series B funding round. The amount of the investment was not disclosed, but investment firm IDG Capital was the sole investor. Lifeform now has a $300 million valuation. The new capital could go a long way to help grow and expand the ecosystem and stay ahead of the competition. – Getaverse Environmental Services Platform received investment from FoundationYbb. The amount of funding was not disclosed. – One of the world’s leading decentralized social networks, Mask Network, announced about investments in the TON blockchain. The amount of funding was not disclosed, but it is known that the funds will be used to further develop the ecosystem and provide innovative solutions for people in various networks.
– River, a bitcoin technology and financial services startup, attracted $35 million investment. The Series B funding round was led by Kingsway Capital. Other investors included Peter Thiel, Goldcrest, Cygni, M13, Valor Equity Partners, Esas Ventures and Alarko Ventures. River aims to protect an honest and trustworthy financial system with BTC.
– Bitcoin miner Cormint Data Systems attracted $30 million Series A funding round led by company president Jamie McAveety and semiconductor firm Silicon Laboratories (SLAB) CEO Nav Sooch. Also joined by the chip firm’s former chief technology officer, Alessandro Piovoccari. Cormint plans to launch 2.4 EH/s computing power for self-mining before the end of 2024 at the Fort Stockton site.
Blockchain and AI-focused Auradine has raised $81M in Series A funding round led by venture capital firms Celesta Capital and Mayfield, with employees from both companies joining Auradine’s board of directors. Other investors included Marathon Digital Holdings, Cota Capital, DCVC and Stanford University, as well as several private investors. The Series A round was a combination of equity ($71 million) and a credit line ($10 million). New capital is used to secure full funding and meet product targets.
– Liquid Rate Protocol Asymmetry Finance announced that it was able to attract $3 million seed funding round led by venture capital fund Ecco Capital. They plan to use the new capital to develop their ZK system, which ensures the secure interaction of various blockchain networks.
